It all begins with a thought and is powered by the level of our belief! Today, I believe that we can do anything and so, I create possibilities. Everyone joining in with me fuels that belief even greater providing more and more and more possibilities. Much love to all today. Sandra ~ Diosa

I learned that I am able to see deep pain in someone else because I experienced it too. I learned that I can allow someone their space to be who they are without worrying that "others are looking or judging." And, I learned that I am strong enough to take away someone's keys when they do not need to drive. Yesterday was a day full of lessons. Much love and light, Sandra

I LOVE being a teacher on the topic of LOVE and today being a day filled with a focus on LOVE. I feel such joy imagining people exhanging loving words, loving gestures, practicing random acts of kindness. It fills my heart to the brim imagining all the beautiful loving energy that is being sent out into our Universe today. And, my wish is for everyone to begin by giving themselves a big hug, a special kind word, praise, peace, time out, and to demonstrate today in words and actions the meaning of love. I intend to be mindful today of everyone around me and to (even more than ever) be LOVING. Love to each of you today. Love ... Love ... Love

On the day after Christmas, my car was hit , completely damaging the entire left side of it and the woman driver never stopped. I phoned the Houston PD and was told, "without an eye witness, filing a report would be a waste of time." At that moment, I looked up and a police car was in slowing driving down the road, I saw it through my window. I hung up the phone! I live on a dead end street and knew the police officer would have to turn around and go back by. I bolted down the hallway and out the front door waving my arms wildly to flag him down - I knew in this moment, it was divine intervention. I filed a report.
We took one photo of my car and placed it on our building's bullentin board. Our intention was to place them all up and down the street. The next morning, a woman from across the street called - she had seen it all - had sent her husband across to our building to see "if someone just possibly put a note up on the bullentin board." She advised me that the woman lives at the end of the street. It all clicked, the police and my eye witness arrived ~ just in time. Love and blessings, Diosa

My brother recently asked me, "So Sandi, have you lost your f*n mind?" Then, he snickered in his low, uncomfortable way. ;) Am I misunderstood? Good question. I guess I could look at it that way. Rather, I consider myself to be intriguing. Guiding the way for others by example. It is really quite *delicious.* Love and happiness to all today. Sandra ~ Diosa

Tightly seated in a shiny red bi-plane flying over the majestic rock formations in Sedona!! Whew. It was loud, tight, and breathtaking - literally, my heart was pounding loudly for 30 minutes. I had to ride through my fear of tight spaces and heights. Thankfully, I was seated next to the love of my life, Magico. It was AWE-some and I prayed to the Goddesses the entire flight. Donned in my Snoopy-style ace flying gear, I was out of control and at touch down - exhilarated. Whew! Love and blessings today. Sandra ~ Diosa

Louise Hay's two-day program, "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life" has been the most profound and life-altering course I have taken. It changed my life and life-style and the way I *show up* for the rest of my life. As a result, I am now a Certified Teacher to share the philosophies and help others live their live in a state of intentional well-being.
I hold a Master's Degree in Business, have done many, many, many self-growth/spiritual growth programs and by far, this master's teachings has inspired me to walk in love, act in love, talk in love, and be love.
Many blessings to everyone today. Shine your bright lights.

My neighborhood is delightful. Just off a major highway in Houston, I am quietly nestled in a corner ground level condo unit. The street is lined with gas lamps. At the end of our street is a community pool surrounded by multi-colored hibiscus. There are dog walkers and neighbors gleefully walking dogs. It is a cat friendly area. And, many of us feed, pet, and love on our street cats. We also provide for their spay and neutering. We have magnolia trees, oak trees, hummingbirds, and a host of flowering shrubs. Yes, my neighborhood is delightful. What good means to me is having a collection of inhabitants that interact with love. It's delightful.
